If you read the first line in the the above link it says it is tied to Lent or ash wednesday.
All I'm saying is the party should begin before ash wednesday and not extend after that.

Hi everyone. I have a few questions. We are going to Coz (2/10 - 21) so we will be there for Carnival. We are primarily going to dive, but may go see the action in the evening. Should we expect more crowds than other times? Will this impact the diving? Will there be problems we should prepare for? Any advice? Tips? Thanks a lot.

Hi Mark, I'm sure your room is booked and you have your dive solutions. As for crowds, of course there more people there at night, thats the fun. As for impacting diving, it's a busy time for diving anyway. But the diving is truly easy all year long. As far as advice for preparation, be prepared to dance my friend. Salsa that is.
