your grey cable needs to be plugged into a serial port on your pc . Problem is most pcs today do not come with a serial port.
I bought a serial to USB adapter and it did not work with my dive cable/software for my suunto mosquito. I would check to see if anyone makes a cable specifically for your watch to a USB port. I would be interested to know if anyone makes one.
