One big difference between Lion's Dive and the others, is that Lion's dive is in a fairly built up area of accomodations and activities. The others are in more isolated areas, further from civilization, and IMO the dive sites they go or nearby are generally better.
Habitat restaurant isn't so great, ok for the breakfast buffet and the occasional burger is safe, decent BBQ night. Other than that I'd suggest renting a car if you stay there, only half hour to downtown and there are some places closer. Sunset Waters is AI and seems to get decent reviews for the food. It's been a long time since I stayed or ate at Lion's dive, but then food was good back then and if it's not you've got plenty of options. There are other things in walking distance and taking a taxi to town is reasonable (taking a taxi from Habitat or Sunset Waters is probably not something you'd want to do on a regular basis. Habitat has a shuttle, but the times are not convienient for eating dinner in town. Not sure about Sunset shuttle.)
The dive shop at Habitat is great. One of the less great things about Habitat is that they don't seem to maintain it, what used to be simple is now just looking ratty. The AC works and there's plenty of hot water. But the rooms are like a cheap motel, the grounds aren't maintained, and there's broken stuff all over the place. AFAIK Sunset Waters isn't exactly fancy either, but it's been too long since I've spent any time there to compare.
