We just returned from Cozumel the diving was wonderful.
We were diving every second day and exploring the island on our days above water.
:cussing:We booked a trip to Chichen itza through Cancun tours and because of a lack of communication beween them , the provider Translmex and us.
We were not informed that we were suppose to make a conformation call the night before the tour.
We missed the pick up time and didnt go on the tour.
The tour company passed our inquires on to the provider and as of today they have not contacted us or refunded the fees that we payed for the tour or the ferry fees that we payed that morning to go over to PDC to catch the bus for the tour....
BUYER BEWARE dont do as we did. I suggest tours from local providers that you can talk directly too. No more Internet tour bookings for us.:crash:
