Well, y'know... it could be that there is a way to describe the functions of a dive master so that the WP holder actually is in compliance with the law, even when 'guiding' a dive--say, for example, that the WP states that the employee's job is to 'assist the dive shop owner with non-Thai speaking customers' and the owner tells the employee to lead the dive.... I'm not a lawyer, but laws have loopholes in them so that even when the spirit of the law is contravened, the letter of the law is obeyed, by employer, by employee, and by government official. IJS, it's conceivable.... (But so is the other.)what?????????????? In Thailand???????????????? Surely not??????????????????????????
