Does Lake Oahe (Pierre, SD) have a scuba park?

I am thinking of diving this lake later in the summer. A friend told me that you can reach sunken boats from a shore dive, but he had no idea where this was located. Can anyone provide info on diving this? Thanks

There's no info on shorediving-dot-com, lakediver-dot-com has a page on it, and it looks like a cool drift dive below the dam chute on other websites but no info on any Lake Oahe scuba park. If you find out, please let the rest of us know.
