I ordered mine from Leisurepro - they had two different widths - I think there is one or two places mentioned in this link also.
I've had this problem with my Knighthawlk riding up, but with me it happens when I'm head down for any length of time, I have to do the "Picard Maneuver" every so often while diving ... It rides up probably due to my less than optimal shape
I've tried serveral things and I feel that a crotch strap is the only solution (new BP/W gear is not gonna happen any time soon)
... I would be interested in any close up pics of the attatchment of the strap to the plate

I have the knighthawk too and I have the same problem. It ends up squeezing on my stomach and is very uncomfortable. Still haven't figured it out yet.
