At the risk of my dive buddy trying to poke me with a stick again...

I thought that the upcoming drysuit days deserved a thread. It hi-jacked a little of the pool thread in here. Who plans on arriving when?

I plan to leave Michigan in the dead of night on Thursday and arrive early afternoon on Friday. I talked to Darryl yesterday and they dropped my tickets in the mail.

This is not the one at Gilboa. This the DOG days at Dutch Springs. The dates are May 21 and 22 at Dutch Springs in Bethlehem, PA. The trip that most of the people in this forum are taking (myself included) is offered through Discover Diving out Depew, NY. Basically, they house and feed you for $145.00 and you pay the quarry fees. Oh yeah, you get to try out drysuits.

If this hasn't completely killed your interest, then you may want to call the shop and they will set you right up!

It's only a 3 - 3.5 hour drive for me, so I'll drive down Friday evening after work and probably meet up with you guys somewhere.

Yeah, it's about a 10-12 hr. drive for me. At least I don't have any stops that I have to make along the way this year. I had a blast last year. Hope to meet some of you!

Sure!!! Sounds like fun. I can follow you or I have a Highlander if you want to take that. Don't remember if you have a truck or not. Would make paying for gas better eh?

I've got a Ford Escort. Not exactly 'roomy'.

It does the trick for Deep Run...for now...
