I was taking topside pictures with my DX1G at home the other day and after a few pictures, the flash stopped working. I turned the camera off and on again, still no flash. Changed each flash setting and still no more flash. Can the flash unit burn out? Is this repairable?

Thanks
Brian

Hi Brian-
If you have double checked the flash settings and the flash is in the "up" position ie it is popped up and is still not working, then you have 2 options: 1) If within 12 months of purchase, return to SEA&SEA using the Service Return Forms HERE for warranty evaluation and repair or 2) If outside the warranty you can contact teh Ricoh repair center directly, information is HERE.
