Anyone know of any job opportunities? I am a PADI Divemaster looking for work. Yes, I know that it's easier to get a job if I'm an instructor. However, I need money in order to pay for the instructor.

Thus, let me know if you have heard of any dive shops, liveaboards, or charters that are looking for help. I am also an experienced sailor, so crewing on a boat won't be an issue.

Location doesn't really matter, although the Caribbean would be nice. US Virgin Islands, BVIs, St. Maarten, any of the smaller islands. I'm living/diving in Honduras right now so I'm used to island living.

Thanks for the help,
Dane

Not many that many paying jobs going right now in BVI for DMs but you could check out internships like the one Sail Caribbean Divers offers (sailcaribbeandivers.com/dive/Internship) or check out the charter companies as they prefer their crew to be DMs )

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm probably going to be focusing on the charter companies anyway because I have a lot of sailing experience to go along with my diving experience.

I'm also keeping my options open as far as locations so hopefully someone is looking for a crew/DM somewhere in the Caribbean.
