We currently use the following: OTS Guardian FFM, with the EMA-2 com kits in the mask. We are hard wire using OTS 200 feet of Comrope. Surface Tender uses OTS Mk-7 buddy line cause the set up is new tender proof. Tender and safety diver are on the same line as the primary diver and no push to talk button is needed.

Ocean Reef FFM have a helmet accessory that may work for you.

A wide web cargo net is what we use for our swift water boats to do a roll over of a person with. We buy ours from a local truck stop in the load securing products

I am with a all Vol. Fire dept. and we are looking at starting a PSD Team and we have one Major River "Ohio River" and loads of smaller rivers, streams & ponds.
We are looking @ DUI for our dry suits and still looking for a good Full face reg with wireless Comms system that can also be switched to a wired for and deep dives like in the Ohio River....

Resqmax for the line throwing system. It uses small air cyliners as the propulsion mechanism. Since it is not explosive like the Mossberg, it has fewer restrictions.
