Skin and a bathing suit...maybe a 3mil shorty if you are cold blooded....
 
I usually always wear a 3mm full, I get cold easy. A rash guard at least maybe if you don't get cold, taking a picture once in a current I brushed across some fire coral and having on a full I only got it on my hand but that was enough.
 
Just got back from Cancun and temps was 85 at 60 feet and 80 at 90 feet. Chac Mool Cenote was 72 at 48 feet. Dove my new full 3mm and was pretty warm and then dove my shorts and was pretty cool. Full 3mm was perfect for me in the Cenote
