Hello there,

I would need some help, need some articles for the fact that a good fitness can be important in scuba diving. By explaining why etc...

anybody has an idea where I could find this? Or anyone could help me out to write something? It's for a website... I'm pretty much a bad bad writer and need help. Don't know where to get it.

Thanks

Steph

Here is a website and book on scuba fitness. I have the book and have been reading it.
He also has some articles on fitness. I think if you just do a web search using "diving fitness" you should come up with more than you ever wanted.
Good Luck!
Better fitness means better diving.
