x2...very nice. how close were you to your subjects using the stacked UCL165's?

With two UCL165ADs stacked. The subject is only between and 5cm and 6cm from the front of the lens. That is fully zoomed-in for maximum magnification.

Wow, which site did you take photo of that hairy frogfish and blue-ring octopus?

We were lucky to have seen all these critters in one day's diving in a muck dive site called Basura in Anilao.

Particularly hard to get a good shot was the white Mushroom Coral Pipefish. It was in constant motion swaying back and forth and is only as thick as a pencil lead.
