fog and humidity in idas uwl04 lens

how bad this looks like? and what could be solution? port is covered with fog from inside for few days already

Hard to tell from the pic but fogging inside a housing can generally be prevented by opening/closing only in a dry air conditioned space +/- putting a small satchel of desiccant such as silica gel inside with the camera.
Dry everything out for a few days and try again.
 
Lens probably assembled in an environment that was not completely devoid of humidity. The dome portion of these WA lens usually are not integral to the demagnification part of the lens assembly, thus could be separated. If this is the case with this lens, then detach the dome, air dry it out, and assemble it back in a cool dry environment.

If it is more than just condensation, there might be a slight leak into the airspace between the lens and dome. To remedy it, you would have to perform the same steps as above.
