Use water and white vinegar, not bleach! I like to use about a 10% vinegar solution and soak overnite. The bone you have looks to be a lower leg bone...not sure from what. Horse perhaps. There are other fossil experts that I'm sure can help with ID.
Mote man is correct it is a (Metatarsal) leg bone from a horse. How long is it? Never use bleach and dry bone out in a shady area. Never in full sun. Depending on the size of the leg bone we can tell if it is a three toed horse or other? Thanks for sharing that with us.


Here is a picture of some other species of horse as well. Metatarsals are fun bones to find . Good job, very hard to find one complete. I would be very proud of it. If you have any more questions please ask. ~~~Babe~~~
