After I downloaded it from GUE I uploaded the file back to Kinko's web site and had them print it double sided and put on a spiral binding with plastic covers. Much easier to read that way. http://www.kinkos.com/

Great idea, thanks! I've used Kinko's for office stuff, but this is a great application.
 
I did the same thing, except I just printed it out one sided, then spiral bound it. (Nice clear cover to show the 'actual' cover) The double sided idea is great!

How much did that cost and how long did it take for you to get it back? Did they have to mail it, or can you pick it up at a local Kinko's?
