Hello everyone! My name is Karen and I did a little diving many years ago but moved inland. We now live in Florida again. My 13 year old daughter wanted to get certified so we both went through the course together this past summer. We have only done a few local dives together so far but its been a great mother -daughter thing. We go diving with my long time friend that I dove with before, but she kept it up. We are addicted to teens4oceans.org. They have several underwater webcams. Our fav. is the Bahia Honda one. This morning alone there was a sea turtle, blue angel, french angels plus lots of other fish.

All my kids are certified and I have done dive trips as family trips and as father/daughter trips.

Its a great activity that can last many years as your friend can witness too!
