You should see if you can get hold of instructor trainer manuals from as many agencies as you can to see what is included in the syllabus.

Additionally, do agencies have an environmental policy; for example BSAC is here.

As courses are being updated/developed there are two aspects that are being incorporated:
1 Equality, diversity & inclusivity - not only for gender but for ethnicity.
2 Environmental impact - for example; travelling to/from events, use of ‘single use’ items (like cups), on-line training materials (not to be printed).
