Short answer: No. It's way too wide and will taco around a single tank, making it really hard to vent the wing, as well as stability issues because gas circulation in the wing itself will not happen as smoothly.

Granted, I see folks use doubles wings and all-in-one wings lots in single tank diving but it's really much more efficient to have separate wings for singles and doubles, and that they be properly sized.
