I woulda liked to have seen the fish at the bottom of the frame rather than the top, but otherwise it's very nice.

it fits the rules = Your main object is coming into the picture, your focal point is with in the rule of 1/3's line...overall pretty good :D
 
Ok... getting technical...
For an "ID" photo, I'd have included the whole fish, and moved the angle more to the side... From an artsy standpoint, I'd crop it a little more, like below.
But I like it just like it is, too.

I agree with Rick's crop. It leaves just enough negative space to keep the fish from being crowded and/or boxed in.
