How do I opt into the Pub?

I don't see how to get there or opt in. Help please.

Then go to Group Membership on the left.

Scroll down to Regulars and opt in.

You can also find it to the left in your User CP

Make sure you select "Surface Interval Forum" and "Regulars". You might have to do them one at a time.
