How do I search by exact phrase?

OK, I understand that vBulletin uses quotes to define a phrase to search for. However, I want to search the Tanks forum for the brand: XS Scuba. So I go into that forum and click to do a forum search. I enter (with the quotes) "XS Scuba".

I get back all threads that have the word Scuba in them. No...no...no... I wanted XS Scuba.

Is the problem because XS is too small? If not, then how can I search for exact phrases like XS Scuba?

google this: xs scuba site:http://www.scubaboard.com/forums/tanks-valves-bands/

Our .vbulletin search only searches 3 or more characters.

Thanks! I didn't even think about doing a site-specific Google search. Duh!
