Well this is a fun topic. Great idea!

I've only been to 22 or 23, which is not many compared to some of you voracious travelers, but I can say that I have got to all of them but one (The Netherlands) without flying (Not a fan of flying.) Most were by sea, but a few were by land (Andorra, Spain, Switzerland, the Germanies, and Poland).

Here's my list, since I've found it more fun to see where others have been vs. just a number:
