I don't want to waste the time of members who are not in my region (Southern Florida, roughly West Palm Beach to Ft Lauderdale Florida).

Can you be more specific? Exact geographic locations down to about 10 yards will help. Or maybe not.

Just post and preface it with your reply requirements. People on the board are very good about this. You should have no problems at all.
