Hi,

Can anyone help me ID this. picture is pretty bad, taken During night dive in Dauin Phillipines.
Any help would be appreciated.

Would it be a nudibranch?
 
Looks like a reef squid to me, possibly a juvenile
 
In the caribbean we occassionly see tiny squid about 2 inches long. i think they are called grass squid. the humann books have them (away from home atm). not sure if this helps as i googled for grass squid and got bupkis.

anyway, th humann book has small adult squid in it. not sure how relevant it is.
