Instead of paying for a live aboard I would do shore/ boat dives in Bali. If your wallet can handle it and your c-cards can too some good stuff in Thailand. That time if you want to risk the weather, Phuket is great. Pattaya has some good stuff as well. Weather shouldn't be an issue for the side. I am partial to Bali though.
