Instructor Training in Newport, RI?

I am a PADI Divemaster; my goal is to earn an Open Water Instructor certification. In October of next year I expect to move to Newport Naval Station for about 12 months. Is there a dive shop in Newport that periodically offers IDC?

I am also interested in tech diving; what would be a good place to look for Advanced NITROX and Decompression courses?

This is the only dive shop in Newport: Newport Diving Center - Rhode Islands Best Scuba Diving Center

There's also this shop in Warwick about 30-45 min from Newport
