That is nedu, not en testing though. the conshelf se2 and pro diver passed at 198 fsw and 62.5 rmv in group A. guess the 1/2 inch LP port matters at that point.
 
And the results for testing 21 are actually quite good, it passed and I believe since it exceeded 1.4 j/l WOB it would pass the European standards. Only few regulators did not pass the test and none of them was US Divers. There were no Aqua Lungs in the tests, only small set of regulators was taken for seperate cold water testing and some passed some did not. The last test where human divers evaluated the regulators is actually very instructive, some regulators that scored very high on machine tests (like Poseidons) were judged mediocre by divers.
