Nice work Anna!!! What age are the kids you'll be teaching?

I will be teaching 7th and 8th grade science, health, and life skills. :11:

I am sure it will be great. I love all the hands on science stuff so it will be fun for me too.

Thanks everyone for the responses they mean so much to me. I miss everyone so much and really cant wait to dive.

Also, i just got a place 2 miles from my work. Its a cute fixer upper house that I will be renting out. Anthony is so excited.

As a side note. Is there diving in any of those lakes....i am kinda curious whats under there....but then again i am scared to know beacuse i may never let anthony in the lake if i find out....the lake i am near is lake elizabeth and castaic

The best of luck to you, young lady. I can remember when I was in 7th and 8th grade and I am sure I was a real pain, especially to the nice looking teachers. You will get some attention from those boys that have raging hormones. Be prepared. :)

Ana- many congrats are due to you! Enjoy teaching- it is a very honorable profession. If I had the energy, I'd be back in it.

Let me know if I can help with your lesson plans.

Great to see Sapphire surface as well.

First, congrats on your accomplishments. You are a great example of what everyone is capable of doing when you set a goal. I really wish you the best of luck on your new path.

Ok, the two lakes are fishing/boating lakes, I'm not sure if you really want to dive them.

Castaic is a nice lake that has been sectioned off for activities, don't think scuba applies, the lagoon would be one to try?

Lake Elizabeth is murky (at least the last time I was there), no running water, very rugged...

If you want some fresh water diving I suggest a trip to the Sierra's; drysuit is a must!
