Hey Mike,
I think Aqualung should have a list of authorized dealers on their website, or you could just call them and ask if shop X is authorized.
 
They are not an authorized dealer, but supposedly stand behind their products.
I have bought from them for a number of years without any issue, including an expensive Aqualung Legend reg. purchase.
