When I first began searching the web for info on Scuba, I found the site below, which is very informative. It's actually the entire (I think!) text of a book on everything you ever wanted to know about scuba. (Or at least it seemed that way to me when I began to weed thru it!)
I live in Connecticut, and was just certified in October. Can't offer advice on good NE sites, but I will say that this is a fabulous sport!
