ID - you certainly do know how to get people started!
Laura - I'm with you on the short neck thing (LOL) - but if it's choppy I do wear my mask round my neck - if it's not, it's on my forehead.
WWW - must have a go at swimming uw (sorry - 'cruising') with the mask off. You're right about keeping skills up and that is one I haven't done in a long while.

Yes its confusing,
My 1st Padi instructor taught me to have my mask on my head never around the neck. Now my new instructor wants it around the neck as on the head is a sign of distress
