I'm heading to Maui later this week and was wondering what the water temps are so I can decide on the right wetsuit to bring. Thanks!

B&B is reporting a consistent 73 degrees. They're usually right on. For me, that means a 5mm full suit with a LavaCore long sleeved shirt under it...and even then I'm cold by the end of each dive. If I could stand to wear a hood, I would!

My buddy just got back last week and he said it was in the 73 to 75 range. He wore a 3m and had wished he would have brought his 5m. I would take a 5m if I were going right now. Also look up scubahawk27 on these forums and go do a scooter dive. Like riding a Harley under water. Soooo much fun

Definately a 5mil full suit is a minimum for me. Last couple weeks every dive has been 73 to 75 degrees....and every day it's feeling colder.
