Ok im in the dark and tripping over my fingers sorry for the spelling
Got a chuckle at the post heading. Made me recall last year when I had to search through a couple of local ponds literally filled to the hilt with cow/horse maneuer while it was around 99 degrees out.......in my Viking dry suit. We had to be transported on the back of our van to a decon area about a 15 minute ride away.....it was HOT and it SUCKED just waiting to get out of the gear.
Get a tactical vest and remove the plates. Put ice packs in the pouches.
