Thailand Dive and Sail contracted us to create a mobile website for divers planning liveaboard trips to the Similan Islands and Burmas Mergui Archipelago. The database holds the majority of the existing mid-range, high-end and luxury liveaboards (as well as some sailing boats) with their upcoming 2013/2014 trip schedules and is designed for divers who are looking for a specific type of trip within a specified time range from a mobile phone.
The output contains contemporary rich snippets and microformat mark-ups - so some devices will offer to import the desired trip dates directly into the personal calendar. As this is totally unique for the diving industry and also has technically never been done for diving liveaboard trips, we're proud to present an easy-to-use diving holiday planning app like this and would also like to ask for some feedback.
At the moment this mobile website is "soft launched" and will be officially launched within two weeks.
you can find the application here: http://m.thailanddiveandsail.com at the moment it contains trips to the Similans, Burma, Thailands Southern Islands and sailing cruises to Phang-Nga Bay next to Phuket.

The mobile app comes with as little images and other heavy data as possible to be as fast as possible, also the search function is designed to be the minimum required. The database would give much more options (such as "sort by price" or "show only boats with en-suite toilet" or "Nitrox available") but for the start, we've left these options out for better usability on small screens. If the majority of users want these options and consider them as vital for their trip planning and browsing through the (roughly estimated) 1000 trips - we'll put these functions back in - this is what we'd need your feedback for

Have fun!
