Best advice - ask the pros who dive in the area where you will be diving.

Mostly if you are a profesional the shop you work out of almost makes you use what they sell. The idea is that students ill see what instrucrors and DMs use. You find they get a huge discount

Rule #1 is to buy only what you can get serviced locally
Rule #2 is to buy only what you can get serviced in non local places you might dive

Anything after the above is "just details" and doesn't matter much unless you are doing some specialized types of diving. What kind of tank you have or what kind of BC you have matters a lot more. Al regs. work basically the same. Some breath easier but all are good about 100 feet. The more expensive ones realy are easier breathing. I like my Apex, Aqualung "jegend is good and my Oceanic Delta is good too. But are these common in your area?
 
My vote is for Dive rite or Apeks , depends on what you can get in your area
