From what I have heard, the lakes that are owned by fish and wildlife are restricted. Grayson is owned by corps of engineers. I have sent F&W an email as well.

Does anyone know if diving is permitted at Cave Run? I go there about 5 times a year for camping and fishing, but would love to try a dive there if possible.
