:tinkerbell:Did my open water dive in Montery CA freezing, 15 foot surge, 5 inch visibility, cold and rainy, love to dive, need a refresher course. Have all of my gear, no dry suit though.
Hope to meet many extreme divers that love a challenge

Where do we dive? Well, a lot of people from the Vancouver area, or from Portland, drive up to the Sound for diving. We have a multitude of shore diving sites, from the Olympia area up to the Olympic Peninsula, and an active bunch of divers in the water any weekend. We have several excellent charter operators, to get you out to the dive sites that are hard to reach from shore, including boats out of Tacoma, Seattle, and Hood Canal.

Our water is cold, and perhaps not as colorful as Monterey, but we have Giant Pacific Octopus and Wolf Eels and nudibranchs on steroids. There is plenty to make diving here, no matter how cold, well worth your while!
