Sure, he whipped it out on a boat, a boat closer to homes than many roads are, a boat in plain view of no less than 10 residences with plenty of children from a few years old on up through teens, and a boat with an enclosed head. If he was claustrophobic and could not visit the head he could at least had his back to shore. Seems he was more worried about the adult male captain working for the business he paid seeing him then the families living in the homes.

No problem there, Only problem i have is an adult guy whipping his dick out in plain view in an area with many children and families without even turning his back to the shore AND on a boat with an enclosed head. Pretty disrespectful IMO, I imagine he would not whip it out like that if his mom or grandmother was living there.

Ever think maybe the Head on the boat was out of order? Maybe he has a "Bladder Bursting" need to pee? Maybe he didn't realise he was near your home untill he saw the Flash from your camera that was pointing at his genitals?

Maybe he's really a nice guy who is very respectfull of others, but just made a bad judgment and didn't realise it as the time... Kinda tuff to stop half way and readjust your aim... And now he has his mug pasted on Scubaboard and everybody is talking about his weewee...

I'd definetly understand if he came and rang at your door before starting, or specifically shaked it at you, your wife or children... Wanting to exibit himself purposefully... But from what you described, this doesn't seem to be the case... Just a guy needing to pee...

This whole thread reminds me of back when the Minnesota Vikings got in trouble out on the boat. (Remember the love boat incident? )

They were heading for the lake that the boat was on, in a limo, and had to stop for a pee break. So imagine the little old white lady looking out her window and seeing 6 large black men whizzing on her lawn facing her house.:shocked2:

Actually, if they person you took a picture of was less than 18 years old, you taking a pic of his dick, possessing that picture, and then posting it on the internet would be possession and transfer of child pornography on the internet.

He was WAY too far away to tell him to put it away. Remember, he had to use the 300mm zoom lens to get that pic. Otherwise no one else would have been able to have seen it.

So because some may have seen it before makes it alright? So its not criminal by any means , here at least, in the US it would be. But does it make it right? Why not use the head on the boat? why not at least have your back to shore? Age of those viewing really only comes into play if your looking at this from a criminal thing, However, pulling out the unit in daylight within such close proximity of famiies homes is just plain rude and inappropriate.

BTW, Why cant you pee off the side of a boat? Do you have something that others have never seen or would not giggle at? According to your reasoning above there seems no reason you should feel you could not pee off a boat?

Hmmm, maybe I'm just thinking it could be a one time thing and brushing it off. Now, if this happens OFTEN then I would probably start taking pictures to PROVE people are violating the eyes of my family and that local authorities should do something about it.

I sir, cannot pee off of a boat STANDING. I can hang off the side, but it is very akward and I would rather take a "swim."
I would also like to pee standing in the woods, standing in a urinal, standing in a bar at a urinal, standing in a gas station bathroom, (eweewwy!), etc. I would also like to not have to stand in line 10 girls deep at any sort of event. However, I love being a girl and thems tha breaks!

It's tricky and takes a few times of practice but yeah, that works
