Yes, sure there are going to be new wrecks, but when? The boat with Chinese tourists will for sure be lifted, at least they were ordered to lift it, I'm not sure about the second one though.

Pity, the best place for a lot (if not all) of those Koh Larn ferries would be on the seabed. They are simply a disaster waiting to happen.
It would be far better left there to entertain the divers.
