If your printer isn't using an RTD or thermocouple as it's temp sensor, comparing print temps isn't much use. Most printers use thermistors, which can vary as much as +/- 20 degrees C at 220.

Plus the variations in materials... Variations in print head design...
Testing on your own machine is the only reliable option.

And grid is grid, cubic is quite different. But that's not important.
If you want nice round numbers, set extrusion width to 0.5mm, and walls to 6. Then you get exactly 3mm thick walls.
