Thanks everyone for your help. I know these questions are around subjective topics - I really struggled with the questions, especially since this is the first Marketing class and not one of the research classes that go more in to doing proper surveys. I did a number of phone interviews with divers before the survey to get the general idea of what I need to address in the project. I made the survey almost all checkbox/multiple choice style so it can be more quantitatvie as opposed to having fill in answers for each one. I think I accomplished the later with the interviews. The up side of the format it is is quick to answer since you do almost no typing.
