How do you send a PM and where are the records of previous PMs sent to me?

Hmm. I've tried clicking on both the avatar and the user and I don't see a "Start A Conversation" option anywhere. Instead, I get the choice of following or ignoring or something else, can't remember.

I'm sure I'm being dense here. Any suggestions?

Clicking Inbox at the top right takes you into the entire Conversation system - click Conversation at the top to get here (my conversations are not listed since the top two are confidential)

That's close but definitely different from what happens when I click on this member's avatar.

I don't know how to do screenshots, sorry, so I'll do my best to describe.

The popup looks about the same but it doesn't say "Start a Conversation." It says: "Profile Page" followed by "Follow" followed by "Ignore" all on the same line as opposed to your "Ignore" being on it's own line and "Start a Conversation" being in the middle of the first line. It definitely doesn't say "Start a Conversation" anywhere on that popup.

I'm not sure what you mean by the second attachment above. If I click on her "Profile Page" it takes me to her Profile Page (gasp!) but I still don't see "Conversations" anywhere on that page and definitely not where you've circled. Same is true if I click on my "Profile Page," although I don't think that's what you meant.

Again, my apologies. Not very computer savvy. I appreciate your help.
