I use a Delta 2 with a DX2 first. I like that it has the cracking adjustment.

I use a Zeagle DS-5/ZX. It is environmentaly sealed and the second stage is adjustable. It is a quality Regulator and will perform fine in cold water.

Buy the MK2, still made and you can get a new one for the same price if not cheaper. Just check ebay or LP
