They are very good regs. They can get spendy but the people that use them love them. They can get expensive to service but I've never had problems getting parts. Poseidon dealers are not common but they are out there. The hoses are expensive but you shouldn't need to replace them very often. They are high quality regs that breathe easy and work very well in cold water and at deeper depths.
 
They're good, but if there's no local service available, Poseidons are not the regulators to get. They are difficult to service and can be a little quirky at times.

There are a ton of other regulators out there that are less demanding of the user but offer equal or better performance.
 
Got 6 of them, 4 Odins(Jetstream), 2 Cyklons. Gotta love 'em. No problems when serviced on a regular basis, and can't sell 'em. Everybody wants NEW stuff.
