Forgot something I started using earlier this year; 'Rite in the Rain All-Weather Universal No 373' (basically, waterproof note pad). When the pages get wet I would not try to write on them, but they dry back out & I'm good to go. I use a mechanical pencil & that works out fine.

I like taking notes during pre-dive briefings, & jotting notes about what I saw, who I dove with, etc..., after the dive. It's handy if I can do this on the boat's dive deck & toss the notepad up under my spot on the bench without hassling trying to protect it from getting accidentally splashed. And my notes make a sort of informal 'souvenir' I can reference when filling out my computer log (MacDive) back home after downloading my dive profiles.

Sadly, it's been delayed. I really hope DRIS will have it to me before the end of the month. We're heading to Cozumel on the 30th, and I'd really like to have this light.

I just got a new set of Dive Rite XT fins in all black yesterday and next week I am getting a pair of video lights from Dive Gear Express for my GoPro setup I am putting together for Roatan next spring. Oh and a pair each of HP steel tanks for my wife and me. 100's for her and 120's for me.
