Your HP Steel Tanks 3500PSI made by PST (Press Steel) may have expired permits in Canada. Cylinders marked TC-SU4349 and possibly others have not been issued new permits as of May 8 2009. PST reports that the permit has been applied for but has not been issued yet. They expect it soon.

The USA permit is still valid. They can be used in USA. Your tank may have current hydro and visual but still does not make it comply to Canadian Standards.

Check the to see if your own tanks are current. Tanks with 3AA marking are OK. Tanks made by PST with the older E should be updated to a SU in Canada. Tanks marked with SU have permits that expire and may be granted a renewal if the manufacture applies.
