We usually go to a restaurant in Joyuda (not sure if this is technically part of Cabo Rojo) named Tinos that has consistently great seafood and service.

I am not sure to which town Joyuda belongs but Tino's has good menu and prices Jim. Well I am going to bed now, tomorrow I am going at the crack of dawn diving off shore with a friend and his 2 boys, trying for 3 dives, one in a different shore site on 3 different towns in West PR. CUL

Been to Tinos, and I agree with the other posters, I love it. In Boqueron (or near it) we stopped by a little dock, told a guy how many lobsters we needed, came back a few hours later and waited for the fisherman to come in with our bugs. Also in Boqueron there is a little street cart with a lady shucking and selling local oysters that are fantastic. She has several homemade sauces to splash on them in varying degrees of spicy.....now I'm getting hungry.

Ok...no more talking about Puerto Rico. If I hear any one else talk about Puerto Rico, I'm going have to make plans for another trip! :D
