Thanks Chris. Knowing that is great help, and puts me more at ease about this whole process. I've contacted the DSO and the study away rep via email, but neither have responded yet.
 
I would also suggest getting a light and 2 pairs of either sheers. For the light make sure that either it is rechargeable or it uses common batteries. Expect one pair of sheers to rust out before you are done. But at $8 it is no big deal.
